The Friendship House Association of Prince Rupert has two post-secondary bursaries to offer successful applicants graduating high school.
Adam Moore Memorial Bursary
This bursary was founded for students who wish to take any form of post-secondary studies. Adam Moore was an avid supporter of the Friendship House and at one point during his youth had been a member of the Friendship House basketball team.
Rev. Dr. Robert (Bob) Elliot Bursary Fund
This Bursary Fund is for students who want to pursue studies in Humanities, Education, Social Work, Nursing, Medicine, Arts or Architecture. Dr. Robert Elliott known for starting the Friendship House also donated funds to complete the construction of the Preschool playground.
To apply for either or both of these bursaries, graduating high school students can apply at their school.
